About Us
We are a Christian faith-based nonprofit bringing practical love and support to Widows, Orphans, Pastors/Missionaries with little or no income, and the Less privileged — one life at a time. Founded in 2024, Anire Foundation is a CAC approved Nonprofit organization committed to bringing hope to forgotten people and places. The word “Anire’ simply means we have good things and indeed we have many good things we intend to share with the communities that host us. From our early days as a grassroots initiative, we’ve grown into a trusted organization that works across different states in Nigeria, building partnerships and creating sustainable solutions for the challenges we face At Anire Welfare Foundation for Pastors, Widows and Orphans also known as “Anire Foundation” for short, Our work is driven by purpose and inspired by the belief that real change is possible when people come together with a shared vision.
Our Story – Why We Exist
Sometimes, love is all someone needs to survive another day. But in many corners of the world, including our own backyard, some people often go unseen and unsupported: Widows struggling in silence, Children abandoned or born with disabilities, Orphans who have lost the guidance of their parents and pastors doing God’s work without a sustainable means to feed their families.
Anire Foundation was born out of this burden; a holy discomfort with the pain around us. What started as a single outreach has grown into a quiet movement of compassion, rooted in Christian faith and powered by ordinary people who care.
We believe love is most real when it shows up with food, medicine, shelter, a kind word, or a helping hand, and that’s what we strive to do, every day.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission:
To serve with compassion by providing spiritual, emotional, and practical support to the vulnerable, especially widows, orphans, struggling pastors, and underserved communities, inspired by the love and teachings of Christ.
Vision:
A world where no one is left behind, where dignity is restored, and where compassion becomes a lifestyle; Widows, Orphans, the Less privileged, Missionaries and Pastors have the resources, support, and opportunities to live with dignity, hope, and purpose.
Our Values
At Anire Foundation, our work is grounded in strong, faith-inspired values that shape every decision we make and every person we serve:
- Integrity – We do what is right, even when no one is watching.
- Transparency – We are open and honest about how we operate and use our resources.
- Accountability – We take full responsibility for the trust placed in us and the lives we touch.
- Respectful – We honor the dignity of every individual, regardless of their background or story.
- Compassionate – We lead with empathy, kindness, and a commitment to easing suffering wherever we find it.
A personal note or quote from the founder: Through compassion and community, Anire Foundation strives to be a beacon of care and transformation, fostering resilience, spiritual growth, and sustainable change for those in need. This vision fuels our work every day. We aspire to be a vessel of God’s love in action, strengthening the Church, uplifting the poor, and spreading the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
Who We Serve
At the heart of our work are people who are often forgotten or under-supported:
- Widows – Many widows suffer quietly, with no safety net. We step in with financial support, comfort, and hope.
- Orphans & Abandoned Children – We provide love and necessities through food drives, sponsorships, and partnerships with homes like Heart of Gold Hospice.
- Pastors & Missionaries – Those who serve others often lack support themselves. We ensure they’re not alone.
- The Less Privileged – From rural communities to struggling urban families, we bring dignity through healthcare, education, and daily essentials.
What We Do – Our Programs
We turn compassion into action through these initiatives:
- Pastors’ Purse – standing stand with those called to preach the Gospel by providing financial, emotional, and logistical support so they can continue their mission without hindrance
- Adopt-a-Missionary – Sponsoring missionaries and their families as they serve in remote areas.
- Evangelical Outreaches & Crusades – Providing financial and logistical help for those taking the Gospel to unreached areas.
- BuildMyChurch Initiative – We support the construction, renovation, and equipping of church facilities, especially in underserved communities.
- Widows, Orphans & Less Privileged Support – Food drives, school sponsorships, medical support, shelter, spiritual assistance, medical assistance, vocational training, small business seed funding and more.
Every program is designed with impact in mind, guided by the voices of the communities we serve and informed by data, experience, and collaboration.
