The work of Anire foundation in communities across Nigeria has continually reinforce why we serve.
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, every family deserves hope, and every person deserves dignity.
What if something as simple as paying a school fee could change the direction of a child’s entire life? What if a school bag could mean more than books and pencils? What if a meal could tell a child, “You are seen. You matter. Someone cares about you”?
And what if the support given to one missionary family could allow them to continue serving an entire community?
These are the questions behind the work of Anire Foundation.
We believe that compassion should not stop at good intentions. It should become action.
Over the past few months, we have seen what happens when people choose to care. Children have received educational support. Missionary families have experienced relief. Vulnerable children have been fed and encouraged. Communities have been reached.
And behind every intervention is a human story.
This September, as the world observes International Literacy Day on September 8 and the International Day to Protect Education from Attack on September 9, we are reminded of something particularly important:
Education is not simply about going to school. It is about giving a child a chance at a future.
And that is a future worth protecting.
Education Can Change the Story
For some children, going to school is something they can take for granted.
For others, it depends on whether their family can afford the fees that term.
A child may have the ability to learn, the desire to succeed, and dreams of becoming a doctor, teacher, engineer, entrepreneur, or whatever their heart imagines but without access to education, those dreams can become much harder to reach.
That is why education is such an important part of Anire Foundation’s mission.
We don’t just see school fees.
We see possibility, a child remaining in the classroom, a dream that gets another chance and a future that is still being written.
1. Keeping Children in School
In May, Anire Foundation sponsored the third-term school fees of children at Godly Seed Orphanage Home in Ondo State.
It may sound like a simple intervention.
But for the children involved, it meant they could continue their education without the disruption that unpaid fees can cause. That is the deeper meaning of supporting education.
We aren’t simply paying a bill. We’re helping protect an opportunity. And that is why International Literacy Day is so meaningful to us.
Literacy gives people the ability to read, understand, communicate, learn, and participate more fully in the world around them.
Every child who learns to read is gaining a tool they can carry for the rest of their life.
2. More Than 200 Children, One Day of Joy
Children’s Day gave us another opportunity to put this belief into action.
Through our collaboration with Safe Child Foundation in Ilesa, Osun State, Anire Foundation contributed towards educational materials for their Children’s Day outreach.

More than 200 orphaned and vulnerable children were reached with educational support, gifts, love, and encouragement.
But perhaps the most beautiful part wasn’t simply what the children received.
It was the message behind it:
“You have not been forgotten.”
Safe Child Foundation expressed their appreciation for the support and shared how it helped make the celebration meaningful for the children.
This is the power of partnership.
One organization may have an idea. Another may have resources. Volunteers may bring their time. Supporters may provide encouragement.
And together, they can create something none of them could have accomplished alone.
Protecting Education Means Protecting Dreams
September 9’s International Day to Protect Education from Attack reminds us that children everywhere deserve to learn in safety.
A school should be a place where a child discovers possibilities, not a place where their future is threatened. For Anire Foundation, protecting education means looking beyond the classroom. It means asking: What prevents this child from learning?
Is it school fees? Educational materials? Transportation? A lack of basic support? The circumstances surrounding a child’s family?
Sometimes, helping a child stay in school requires addressing the practical barriers standing between that child and their education.
And that’s where compassion becomes action.
3. When Helping One Family Helps a Whole Mission
Our work isn’t limited to children.
We also support missionaries and pastors who serve communities across Nigeria, often in places where resources are limited.
Many of these men and women have dedicated their lives to serving others while quietly carrying significant responsibilities at home.
Their children still need school fees. Their families still need food. Medical needs still arise. Transportation is still necessary. Ministry still requires equipment. And sometimes, the person serving everyone else needs someone to stand beside them.
Throughout May, Anire Foundation provided support to several missionaries and pastors, particularly towards their children’s education.
And the responses we received reminded us why this work matters.
4. “God Covered My Shame Through Anire Foundation”
Rev A. P. Oluwaseun shared a powerful testimony after receiving help with his children’s school fees.
His children’s payment deadline had passed. He knew they could be sent home from school and that the situation would be deeply distressing for his family.
He had prayed. He had tried other options. Then support came through Anire Foundation. In his words, “God stepped in through Anire Foundation.”
The support lifted the immediate burden and allowed his children to continue their education. For him, it wasn’t simply financial assistance.
It was a reminder that God sees, God knows, and God can provide through willing people.
5. A Missionary in Kebbi Finds Relief
Missionary Olorunleke serves in the hinterlands of Kebbi State. After receiving support from Anire Foundation, he shared that the assistance brought him relief and allowed him to focus more fully on his work.
My name is Olorunleke, I am a Missionary in hinterland of Kebbi State. I am happy for the support received from Anire Foundation Nigeria. This has caused relieve for me and has made me to be more focus on the assignment of soul winning in the jungles as a Missionary. Thank you so much and God bless you.
Missionary Olorunleke.
Think about that for a moment.
Sometimes, supporting one person’s practical need doesn’t only affect that person. It can free them to focus on the people they serve. One act of support can therefore create a ripple that reaches far beyond the original recipient.
6. “The Money Came at the Right Time”
Another pastor expressed his gratitude after receiving ₦200,000 towards his children’s school fees. His words were simple:
“The money came at the right time and settled the school fees of my children.”
There is something powerful about the right time. Help that arrives when someone desperately needs it can mean more than we realize. It can turn anxiety into relief. Fear into hope.
And uncertainty into another opportunity to keep moving forward.
7. Supporting a Missionary Family in Jigawa
Pastor B. Ajala serves as a full-time missionary in Taura LGA, Jigawa State, with his wife and four children. When he was contacted about educational support, he initially wondered whether the opportunity was genuine.
I am Pastor B. Ajala. I am a full time missionary serving in Jigawa State, Northwest, Nigeria with my four children and my darling wife. When I got a call from the Anire Foundation representative in Nigeria, Mrs. Sileola about this unbelievable opportunity, I thought it was one of those scammers to the extent that when my account details were requested by her, due to my skepticism, I only have her my Fintech accounts. But as correspondences continued, I realised Anire was indeed a foundation that wanted to help alleviate the financial pains of pastors, especially in the area of our children’s tuition fees. I received a sum of #200,000 today for my four children as a support for their education. Anire Foundation, thank you so very much for this support. Higher may you go in the name of Jesus Christ.
– Pastor B.A., Full Time Missionary, Jigawa State, Nigeria.
But after receiving ₦200,000 towards the education of his four children, he realized that the offer was real. His story is another reminder that missionaries are people too.
They serve communities. They raise families. They face financial challenges. They have children with educational needs. And they sometimes need someone to say:
“We see what you’re doing, and we want to stand with you.”
8. A Meal Can Carry a Message

In June, Anire Foundation partnered with Baptist Amah Foundation to provide meals for children at Sarah House Orphanage in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Food meets a physical need.
But sharing a meal can communicate something deeper. You are remembered. You are cared for. You matter. Sometimes, love looks like a school fee, a notebook, a meal. And sometimes it simply looks like showing up.
9. Supporting Children at Daisy’s Home for Special Children
Creating Hope Through Practical Support
In August, Anire Foundation had the opportunity to support the children of Daisy’s Home for Special Children with donations towards their needs, including support for school fees.
For children who require additional care and support, having their educational and everyday needs met can make a meaningful difference. Our contribution was a small way of helping ease some of the financial responsibilities surrounding their care and education.
Daisy’s Home expressed its heartfelt appreciation to Anire Foundation, describing the support as a reflection of compassion and concern for the children’s future.
For us, this outreach was a reminder that sometimes, changing a life begins with simply asking, “What does this child need, and how can we help?”
We are grateful to everyone who makes it possible for Anire Foundation to extend support to children and communities that need it.

10. Supporting Destiny Child Orphanage in Yenagoa
Helping Children Stay on the Path of Education
Another meaningful August outreach took us to Destiny Child Orphanage, No. 18 New Heaven Street, Azikoro Town, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Anire Foundation provided support towards the children’s tuition fees and other essential needs, helping to ease some of the financial pressures associated with caring for and educating the children.
In a letter of appreciation, the management, staff, and children of Destiny Child Orphanage expressed their gratitude for Anire Foundation’s continued generosity. They particularly highlighted the importance of the support towards the children’s education and described it as a demonstration of compassion and concern for their future.
Their words remind us why we do this work.
Education can open doors, but sometimes a child simply needs someone to help keep that door open.
Through the generosity of our supporters, we are grateful to play a small part in helping these children continue learning, growing, and looking forward to a brighter future.
Anire Foundation In Communities Across Nigeria: The Work Continues
We are grateful for what has already been accomplished, but we don’t want to stop here. There are still children whose education needs support, missionary families carrying financial burdens, communities waiting to be reached and stories waiting to be changed.
And this is where you come in.
Because Anire Foundation is not just a foundation. It is a community of people who believe that compassion can change lives.
You Can Become Part of the Story
You don’t have to wait until you can do something extraordinary. You can start with what you have.
Give: Your contribution can help provide school fees, educational materials, food, medical support, and other practical assistance.
Volunteer: Your time, skills, creativity, professional expertise, and energy can help us reach more people.
Partner: Churches, businesses, organizations, and individuals can collaborate with us to create sustainable impact in communities across Nigeria.
Pray: Prayer remains at the heart of everything we do. Pray for the children.
Pray for missionaries and their families and for wisdom for the Foundation.
Pray for the communities we serve.
And pray that God will continue to provide people willing to become part of the answer.
What If You Became Someone’s Answer?
There is a beautiful thought in the Bible:
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.”
— Proverbs 3:27
Perhaps this month, we can each ask ourselves:
What is in my power to do?
We may not be able to change everyone’s story.
But together, we can change someone’s story.
The Story Is Still Being Written
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and to feel safe.
Every family deserves dignity, every person serving others deserves encouragement and every community deserves hope. This September, as we reflect on literacy, education, peace, and humanitarian action, we invite you to look beyond the dates on the calendar.
“How can I be part of the solution?”
September begins with International Day of Charity on September 5, an observance established by the United Nations to encourage charitable and philanthropic activities and recognize the role of charity in addressing humanitarian suffering.
But charity is more than giving money. Charity can be giving your time. Sharing your knowledge, offering encouragement, providing a meal, teaching a child, supporting someone’s dream or standing beside someone during a difficult season.
The question isn’t always, “How much can I give?” Sometimes the better question is: “What do I have that could make a difference?”
Anire Foundation, we believe that when compassion meets action, lives change.
